Sultan’s Delight

Ingredients for Delight (Four-Person)

5 eggplants

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons flour

1 water glass-milk

1 tea spoon salt, black pepper

Half lemon

Ingredients for Lamb Stew (Four-Person)

750 g meat cubes

2 onions

2 tomatoes

1 tablespoon butter

1 tea spoon salt, black pepper

 

Preparation for Lamb Stew

Meat is cooked with low heat until the water withdrawn

1 tablespoon butter is added to meat.

Then, fine-chopped onion are fried until pink in colour  and grated tomatoes are added.

Finally, salt and black pepper are put.

 

Preparation for Delight

Eggplants are roasted and peeled.

After peeling, lemon is squeezed over eggplants and this mixture.

Eggplants are crushed to puree.

At saucepan, 2 tablespoons flour and 1 tablespoon butter are fried until pink in colour.

Then, puree is added to mixture and it is fried for 10 minutes.

Finally, salt and black pepper are put.
