Cold Yogurt Soup (Four-Person)

Ingredients

1.5 water glass-cracked wheat

1 water glass-chickpea

750 gram strained yogurt

Salt and mint

Preparation

Cracked wheat and chickpea are wetted seperately in cold water 1 day before.

Water is filtered from cracked wheat and chickpea.

Then, water is added to cracked wheat and chickpea in order to boil cracked wheat and chickpea seperately.

After boiling, both  cracked wheat and chickpea are cooled seperately.

Yogurt is mixed with a glass of water in saucepan.

At the end, cracked wheat and chickpea is added to this mixture.

If you like, salt and mint can be added.
